    Monthly Rate

    SGD $8,000 - $10,000/month - Based on project complexity

    Percentage of Project Value (4% - 7%) - Varies by project size and scope

Payment Terms & Conditions

Payment Terms:

  • Retainer services: Monthly payment in advance

  • Project-based: 30% upfront, staged milestone payments, 20% final payment

  • Hourly/Daily services: Invoiced monthly, payment due within 14 days

Inclusions:

  • Site visits within Singapore and surrounding areas

  • Phone and email support during business hours

  • Standard project documentation and reporting

Additional Charges:

  • Travel outside Singapore: Quoted separately

  • After-hours emergency support: 1.5x standard rate

  • Specialist reports and third-party services: At cost plus 10%

All rates are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and exclude GST. Rates are subject to review annually or by mutual agreement. Custom packages and volume discounts available for multi-project engagements.
